but thats only because

i continue to believe life is great

and i refuse to ever stop believing that

1. life is short

the average life span is what for americans? 60-somethin?

and you think im going to spend my precious time on childish and foolish and silly things?

HECK YEESS!!!!

sick of people trying to dictate to me

what i should

and

should not

be doing

this is my life.

of course i value opinions and alternative views

but at the end of the day

i make my own decisions

thats what makes me

me!

sooo if i like painting my left hand

and leaving my right hand blank

if i like wearing mix-match socks

if i dont like mainstream music

if i like sneakers and curly hair

so be it

thats me

Its that time again folks.

its that beautiful month of march!!

spring starts

school spring breaks

warm weather and less clothes

the sun hits your face and you cant help but smile

and you know what else is great about March?

So many birthdays so little time

Not to mention yours truly

barely made the cut being on the 28th and all

otherwise i'd have to be shoutin out April birthdays

yeahhh not so much

its all about march folks

so i've been doing some thinking...

i normally don't want anything really

whether its my birthday or Christmas

I feel as though I've been pretty blessed with what I have already

and I still feel this way

but if I were to like some stuff

and wish I got some stuff

I'd want some pretty cool stuff like...

These shoes make me smile. Simple. Yet. Theres just a little bit of funky-ness to them that really excites the senses. Sporting these shoes over the summer would be a pleasure. You may not think they're all that but on my feet they'd be amazing.

Next up I share with you the wonders of N.E.R.D.

I've always been a fan of the group and am madly in love with Pharrell Williams.

He's pretty hot

And so are these shirts

Once again. I keep it simple folks. I don't need to be flashy. Just real.

Last up on this little list of simple pleasures is a cute little watch.

It even comes with the very own limited G-Man! Made waterproof which is wonderful for me. Lets just say I'm not the most coordinated at times. But anyway, I love the color. Love the man (whats not to love about him). This watch would look pretty darn good on my wrist.

And that about sums it up for the wishlist.

Except......

My bedroom decor will be changing soon.

A gift card to Urban Outfitters in order to purchase my new bedding would be appreciated.

Especially since as of today I move in with the girls to our new apartment on April 1!

Oh yes.

Thats right my friends.

Goodbyes are in store for the dear Richardson Towers.

The 2009 Class of Emerging Leaders will reside on the 9th Floor no more.
